Workforce Solutions (WFS) is a family owned, Brisbane based Recruitment Company, specialising in the Contract Labour Industry. The business was founded in 1992. WFS quickly established itself in the field of industrial personnel by bringing the highest standards of professionalism and discretion to the industry and since 1992 has achieved annual growth in excess of 20%. WFS has successfully concluded over 40,000 assignments and has accumulated a database of in excess of 40,000 workers.

Today, WFS has emerged with a reputation in the marketplace for reliability and integrity and a capacity to get the job done.

Over the past 12 months and as a result of the skilled labour shortages currently being experienced in Australia, we have invested significantly in our overseas recruitment program. We have a recruitment team based in the UK as well as a dedicated team of specialists based in Brisbane.
